Nonprofit Donation Request

The Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation makes donations to charitable, not-for-profit organizations that support children, families, veterans and pets. We also support many community events through volunteerism. Due to the substantial number of requests received, we cannot accommodate every request. We carefully review each request and consider available resources to accommodate the needs of the communities we serve.

Please be advised that all requests will be considered only during monthly Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation Board meetings. In addition, membership and involvement in Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation philanthropy efforts is strongly encouraged and is considered in our decisions about where to donate funds.

Donation Request Deadlines

The Foundation board reviews requests and awards donations on a quarterly basis at the first board meeting after the following dates: Mar 1, Jun 1, Sep 1 and Dec 1. Please submit all requests prior to these dates.

Please e-mail supporting documents including your organization’s W-9 form and IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter to admin@pmc.foundation. Including these with your donation request will ensure timely processing.
Please enter a whole number without the $ sign.
Please note, the PMC Foundation board reviews requests and awards donations on a quarterly basis at the first board meeting after the following dates: Mar 1, Jun 1, Sep 1 and Dec 1.
Requests that DIRECTLY IMPACT children, families, veterans and pets are given priority.
